Yogesh Morjaria

My mission is to empower people’s relationships with food so they can not only overcome any physical, mental or emotional hurdles it throws at them, but use it to elevate their energy and most importantly add enjoyment to their lives.

I was drawn to nutrition as often is the case, through my own nutrition letting me down during key moments in my life, even triggering personal health issues as a result. My lack of understanding or guidance crept into other areas of my life where I began to understand the humbling impact nutrition has on our health. This led me down the path of studying nutrition, making me determined to learn more so that I can inspire and help others to navigate these challenges.

In the information age it can often feel like you’re trying to take a sip of water from a fire hose, I aim to simplify the science and provide guidance for you to better handle the stressors of modern society, gaining a better understanding of our own bodies so that you can live a fuller life.

As a dedicated coach I take a comprehensive lens to wellness, grounded in evidence-based nutrition to help ensure long term health is achieved. With a no diet approach, I create tailored plans that fit your lifestyle to ensure your nutrition goals are met, where I am committed to help you feel your best.
